One of the many benefits of working at the Fuse33 makerspace is access to the various 3D printing machines (12 machines!) and the excellent tutorship of the Fuse33 staff.
Andrew, Fuse33’s expert staff member, was provided us with invaluable guidance about 3D design and printing.
We later examined our robot from last year’s competition and came up with interesting ideas of 3D printed object which would help us in this year’s competition.
Thingiverse (the online 3D printing sharing website) already contains many designs that are relevant to FTC’s robots and competition, and we can learn a lot from other designers – and hopefully share our own designs:
